My heart is for the local church. I believe that it is possible for every church to have a successful growing youth ministry. My goal is to see young people rise up as a righteous generation, and adults to raise them up and lead them in their pursuit of accomplishing great things for the kingdom of God. They will take their place as the church of today.     To see this accomplished, I believe that it is important to minister to the adults of the church, as it is the teens. The outcome of this generation depends on its parents and spiritual leaders. Therefore, a combination of youth service and an adult service is most effective. I believe that in ministering at your church: 1.) Your youth ministry will grow in vision and in size, which will result in growth and excitement for the entire church. 2.) There will be a greater excitement from the adults in supporting your youth ministery and ministering to this generation. 3.) Parents and family units will be stregthened. 4.) Your church will get a clearer vision of how important this generation is to the Kingdon of God. After all, they are the Church of Today.     My desire for your teens is that they draw closer to God, live lives of righteousness and share what they have with others. I will do all God shows me to do in order to see this take place in their lives. My prayer is that lives are restored, hurts are healed and answers are found through Jesus Christ as your teens hearts become captured by God.     This ministry was founded upon a divine call from God. It runs on faith. James Scheer does not set a minimum attendance or financial obligation. We ask that you do the best you can do. Belive in faith with us that all our needs will be met and people will respond to your promoting of the meetings. Any adult services are on a love-offering basis, and youth service honorarium amounts are set by the pastor.     We do ask that you house and feed the minister for the duration of his time with you. There is a $150 dollar travel expense required if the travel distance is less than 400 miles. Flight arrangements must be made by the host church if there is more than 400 miles to be traveled. Ministry Options: 1.) One or two services- James Scheer as guest minister for adult service, youth service or conference. 2.) Church Youth Week- James Scheer spends three nights ministering to your teens and training them how to evangelize their city with the results of inevitable youth ministry growth. He also will minister to the adults during the Sunday service(s). 3.) Rock Your World Youth Crusade- Your church can host RYW's ministry team for a one night city wide youth crusade.
